Complete details about every type of personal data processed are provided in the designated sections of this privacy policy or through explanatory texts displayed before data collection.
Data can be provided voluntarily by the user or, in the case of usage data, collected automatically when using this application.
Unless otherwise specified, providing all data requested by this application is obligatory. If the user refuses to provide the data, it may result in this application being unable to offer its services to the user. In cases where this application explicitly states that the provision of personal data is voluntary, users may choose not to provide the data without any consequences on the availability or functionality of the service.
Users who are uncertain about which personal data is obligatory can contact the provider.

The Provider processes User Data in a proper manner and takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access and unauthorized forwarding, modification or destruction of data. In addition to the controller, other persons internally (such as HR, sales, marketing, legal departments, system administrators) or externally – and in that case if necessary, appointed by the controller as processors (such as technical service providers, delivery companies, hosting providers, IT companies, or communication agencies) – may operate this application and thus have access to the data. A current list of these parties can be requested from the provider at any time.

Storage duration

Personal data is processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose for which it was collected.

Hosting and backend infrastructure:

The purpose of these types of services is to host data and files so that this application can be managed and used. Furthermore, these offerings can provide a pre-built infrastructure that handles specific functions or entire components for this application.

Some of the services listed below may or may not operate through geographically dispersed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location of personal data.

Firebase Cloud Firestore (Google Ireland Limited)

Firebase Cloud Firestore is a web hosting and backend service provided by Google Ireland Limited.

Registration and Login:

By registering or logging in, users authorize this application to identify them and grant them access to specific services. Depending on what is specified below, third party providers may provide registration and login services. Firebase Authentication (Google Ireland Limited)

Dealing with payments:

Unless otherwise specified, this application processes all payments by credit card, bank transfer or otherwise through external payment service providers. In general, and unless otherwise specified, users are asked to provide their payment details and personal data directly to these payment service providers. This application is not involved in the collection and processing of such information, but only receives a notification from the respective payment service provider as to whether the payment was successfully completed.

Apple Pay is a payment service from Apple Inc. that allows users to make payments with their cell phones.

The rights of users
