The digital business card replaces the environmentally harmful paper business card. There are many variants of the digital business card, such as NFC tags or NFC cards, which need to be held up to the recipient’s device, or digital QR code versions, which need to be scanned by the recipient’s camera. In almost all cases, an internet connection is required. Neco, however, works offline, and since it’s a digital business card in an app, you don’t need to carry a card and can’t forget your NFC card.
Neco is an app for digital business cards. You can design stunning business cards with pre-made presets or simply upload your own background video, image, and logo. You can share your contact details via a QR code and be contacted yourself. Additionally, neco allows for the scanning and digitization of physical business cards using artificial intelligence, as well as maintaining your own contact book with notes and automatic location and time recording.
The standard designs and many functionalities in the app are free. You can easily share your contact information and capture new contacts. A subscription is also not very expensive ;)

We pay great attention to the security of your data. Your data are stored on cloud servers in Frankfurt and access is granted only to your account or your contacts (*). Your online card link is intentionally designed to be very complex and dynamic, making it impossible for hackers to “guess” the link. And even if your link falls into the wrong hands, it won’t be valid for long, keeping your future data safe. Additionally, we regularly review our code and databases.
(*) In case of service, server admins may also need access to your data.
With neco, you can transmit your contact details and those of your colleagues seamlessly and in seconds. A single tap is enough for your counterpart to save the contact along with all stored information. Yes! You can press the “Wifi” symbol on your card to convert the QR code into an offline QR code. This way, networking works even without the internet!
Yes, you can open and share your card with a single click from the lock screen. To do this, use our widget, which can be integrated into the lock screen. In the settings, you can enable the immediate opening of your business card each time you launch the neco app (currently only for iOS).
Yes! In the neco app, under “My Cards,” you can create a separate card for each occasion.
In our Card Editor, you can choose from different backgrounds for your card. With our corporate cards, you can also upload your own background video or image and add your logo!
This happens automatically when you create a new neco card. Depending on your needs, you can then choose between an online or offline QR code on your card.
When you update your personal data under “My Cards” → “edit,” all contacts who have added your card in the neco app will automatically receive your new data. You don’t need to do anything further.
