Change or Cancel Subscription

In the neco Mobile App

  1. Log in to the neco App.
  2. Go to settings.
  3. Press “neco Corporate”.
  4. You should now be logged into the web app view. If not, switch to the neco Corporate Web App.
  5. Press the menu icon in the top left corner and go to settings.
  6. Press “Manage Subscription”.
  7. Now, press “Change Plan” to modify the subscription. If you wish to cancel the subscription, press “Cancel Plan”.

In the neco Corporate Web App

  1. Log in to the neco Corporate Web App with your account.
  2. Press the menu icon in the top left corner and go to settings.
  3. Press “Manage Subscription”.
  4. Now, press “Change Plan” to modify the subscription. If you wish to cancel the subscription, press “Cancel Plan”.
